Why did my credit/debit card deposits fail?
There are a few things to check:
Does your address at PokerLoco match your billing address?
Have you entered the CVV2 number correctly?
Have you entered the expiry date correctly?
Otherwise, it could be that your card provider does not allow transactions to online gaming sites.
What should I do if my card provider does not allow deposits to online gaming sites?
You can try other options on our deposit page. This does not apply to US citizens who cannot make any deposits to PokerLoco as a result of the US SAFE Port Act.
What kind of credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard, regardless of whether yours is a credit or debit card. The other options include what you see on the Deposit page.
Do you take credit/debit card deposits over the phone?
For security reasons, we do not take deposits of any form over the phone. All our deposit options allow players to deposit online. Please check the respective sign-up guides beside each option.
Why am I being asked to verify my credit card transactions?
PokerLoco maintains the highest levels of security on our site and in some instances we may ask account holders to verify that they have authorised card transactions to us. This would typically involve faxing in copies of the cards used and some form of identity. The reasons for this procedure may vary from case to case. We do feel, however, that the benefit of members being reassured that we are actively protecting unauthorised usage of their cards far outweighs any inconvenience.
