Go to our cash-out page and select the cash-out method you prefer. Depending on how you have deposited money earlier, you may choose between a number of alternatives.
Please note that you must have real money on your PokerLoco account in order to be able to cash-out. Certain restrictions may apply if you participate in promotions.
When will I receive my cash-out?
This varies depending on how you choose to receive your cash-out. Please note that, depending on which country u reside in, there may be some differences the delivery time:
NETeller - usually 1 business day
Moneybookers - usually 1 business day
VISA - 2-7 business days
Business days are Monday-Friday. No processing is done on Saturday and Sunday. If you, on a Friday, request a cash-out which takes one business day, expect it on Monday.
Are there any cash-out fees?
Cashing out from your PokerLoco account is free.
Can I cancel a cash-out?
Yes. When you have requested a cash-out, the cash-out needs to be processed by our staff, which is done within 24 hours. Before the cash-out has been processed, you are able to cancel it. The money will then be deposited back into your account. This option is listed on the deposit page amongst the other deposit forms, but only if you have any non-processed cash-outs.
What do you mean by PokerLoco has the right to cash-out to "those same deposit options"?
We have an agreement with the merchants, NETeller etc. and the various credit/debit card companies that when a player deposits through a certain deposit option, they will have to withdraw back to the same option up to the total amount deposited, before the withdrawn amount can go by any other means.
E.g. if you have deposited $100 three times (total $300) through NETeller in total, and you want to withdraw $500 via Credit card. By default we will send $300 to your NETeller account and $200 to your Credit card. The confirmation email you receive on your cash-out request will tell you the amount sent to each option.
This rule does not apply to American-based credit/debit cards.
