Why can't I login to My Account page?
You need to have "cookies" enabled in your browser in order to be able to login to My Account and edit your personal information.
If you are using Internet Explorer, please do the following:
1. Click on "Tools" under your Internet Explorer menu bar.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Go to the "Privacy" page.
4. Slide the slider down to "Accept all cookies". Then, click "Apply" and "OK".
How do I login as another player if I am auto-logged in to the webpage?
You will have to remove "auto-login" as the original user in order for a different user to login to the site or the games.
If you are playing through your web-browser:
1. Access PokerLoco and let the system auto-login the original user.
2. Click on "Log Out" on the top left hand corner of the page.
3. Un-tick the box beside "Auto Login" and/or "Remember Nickname", and log in as usual to your own account.
4. The next time you access the site, you will be asked for your nickname and password.
