What is a Freeload bonus?

A Freeload Bonus is an additional cash bonus that is occasionally offered to all our players that have already made their first deposit. The Freeload Bonus is unique in that it does not require any deposits. You just need to choose the Freeload Bonus you want and activate it.

The Freeload Bonus is offered in several different levels to make it easier for you to find the bonus that best suits your play. If you don’t play that much you can choose a smaller bonus with lower requirements in order to be cleared. If you play a lot you can choose a large bonus with higher requirements.

How and when do I receive the Freeload Bonus?

In order to get the Freeload Bonus you need to activate the bonus you want. Check out PokerLoco’s News & Promotions to see which Freeload Bonuses that are offered at the time. Choose the bonus that best suits your play and activate it. To collect your bonus you have to earn a number of Player Points within a certain period of time (usually between 30 to 60 days).

More information about the number of Player Points required, and within what time frame you need to clear the bonus can be found at each bonus. As soon as you have collected the Player Points needed, your bonus will automatically be transferred to your PokerLoco account.

How many Freeload Bonuses can I activate?

You can only activate one Freeload Bonus from every new set of Freeload Bonuses that are released. However, you can activate a Freeload Bonus even if you are already playing to clear a current bonus. The new Freeload Bonus will simply be queued up and activated as soon as your current bonus is cleared or has expired.

Can I choose which bonus I want to activate among the Freeload Bonuses I have queued up?

No, the bonuses will automatically be activated in the order they have been queued up when your current bonus is realized or has expired.

Can I have several bonuses active at the same time?

No, you can only play to clear one bonus at the time. However, you can activate as many Freeload Bonuses as you want. They will simply be queued up and the next bonus in line will automatically be activated once your current bonus is cleared or has expired.

How do I know how many additional Player Points I need to claim my bonus?

On My Account you will see your total amount of Player Points and also the remaining amount needed to clear the bonus. Please note that you cannot use previously earned Player Points to speed up the bonus payout. You must earn the points after the Freeload Bonus has been activated.

The same Player Points cannot be used to claim more than one bonus. As soon as the first bonus is claimed, or has expired, the next one will automatically be activated.

Do I need to enter a deposit code to get my Freeload Bonus?

No, you don not have to make any deposits or enter any codes to activate a Freeload Bonus. Just choose and activate the Freeload Bonus you want.
