Passwords and usernames are case sensitive and you may have Caps Lock on which will type the password or username incorrectly. Check that you are entering the correct password and username.

So that we can easily and efficiently communicate with our affiliates, the affiliate is encouraged to continuously update their personal information. In order to protect and ensure the integrity of the affiliate, only address details can be updated by the affiliate him/herself on the Affiliate Account.
