Live Event Terms & Conditions
1. Player is solely responsible for ensuring that the information registered with the account is correct. Verification may be required.
2. Player must be 18 years of age at the start of the tournament(s) included in the package.
3. Package is personal and may not be transferred unless specific approval is given by site.
4. Packages are not refundable for cash.
5. Player approves that the site uses his or her personal details for registration, administration and marketing purposes.
6. Player is solely responsible for following instructions provided by site regarding for example tournament registration, sign-up, gear pick-up and hotel check-in.
7. Player is solely responsible for making sure he or she abides by dress codes, ethical rules or other requirements set by the event organizer.
8. Player is solely responsible for showing up in time for the event.
9. Player is solely responsible for making sure winnings are taxed according to local jurisdiction and law.
10. Site retains the right to change information about this event at any time.
11. Site retains the right to cancel the event and replace the package with a package of equal value to another event of the site's choice.
12. If player wins multiple packages, additional packages of the same type will, at the discretion of the site, be converted to another live event package of the same value.
13. Failure to comply with any of these terms may - at the sole discretion of the site - lead to player forfeiting his right to all or some elements within the package such as buy-in and/or accommodation.
14. Player must wear branded gear (clothes etc) made available to player at location or in advance.
15. Player may not, while playing any event included in package, represent another site or sign sponsorship with any other gaming operation.
16. PokerLoco is not to be held responsible of Legality, Information Disclosure and taxation of winnings, if they occur. PokerLoco reserves the right to not advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities.
