What are VIP Points?

You earn VIP Points through playing games for real money on PokerLoco. The points can be used for purchasing items in the Loco Shop.

How do I earn VIP Points?

You earn VIP Points by earning Player Points which you get through playing for real money at PokerLoco. Playing any of our poker games as well as Black Jack and Roulette will earn you points. You get anywhere from 1 VIP Point to 5 VIP Points for every Player Points earned based on which VIP Level you are at. See our Loco VIP page for more info

How many VIP Points do I earn?

For every Player Point earned you will get a number of VIP Points ranging from 1-5 based on what VIP Level you have.

Where can I see how many VIP Points I have?

In order to see how many VIP Points you have, simply log in to My Account and you will find a detailed review of how many points you have earned playing poker games and Black Jack. To see your current VIP Level, click the menu button Player Points.

How do I use my VIP Points?

You can spend your VIP Points in the Loco Shop on Bonuses, Tickets, Cash and items such as electronics and clothes.

When are my VIP Points updated?

The VIP Points are updated daily at 07.00GMT(UTC+). It updates your balance with points earned during the previous day.

When is my VIP Level updated?

Your VIP Level is updated at 07.00GMT(UTC+) on the 1st day of every new calendar month.

What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly VIP Levels?

VIP Level A to E are based on how many Player Points you have earned during the previous month. VIP Level F and G are based on how many Player Points you have earned during the last 12 months. In order to reach F or G Level you will need to earn a certain amount of Player Points during a time period of 12 months, counting from the 1st every calendar month.

I used to have a balance of Player Points, what happened to them?

When we introduced the new Loco VIP system the price of Tournament Tickets was substantially lowered therefore we had to exchange your Player Points into VIP Points according to a rate that equals the former value of Tournament Tickets. Using those VIP Points you are now able to buy the same amount of Tournament Tickets as you could using the ”old” Player Points.
