Casino Terms & Conditions have been prepared in various languages other than English for reference only. In the event of any difference between the English version of the Terms and Conditions (accessible from the homepage) and this version, the English version shall prevail.

Only one (1) Real Account per player is allowed and all promotions are available only once per household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

The real money games are played with US Dollars (USD). The minimum and maximum stakes are displayed when playing the games.

Rules for each of the games are to be found when clicking the “Help”-button in the individual game.

Bonus money, any money that is brought to the casino table while playing for a bonus and – in case of deposit bonuses – the original deposit, can be used only at the casino until bonus requirements have been met. If customer tries to withdraw/transfer bonus money/original deposit or money brought to the casino table before that, bonus and all winnings will be void.

If, while playing our games, you win a sum regarded by the Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by us.

While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names in any announcement about promotion results.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the PokerLoco Manager, will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Employees of PokerLoco, its officers and directors, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall also apply to the direct families of such persons.

Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

Only the original account holder is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

Occasionally PokerLoco hosts campaigns offering free cash. Any such offer will only be given to users who have previously wagered atleast $10 in the Casino.
